Indeed, I removed the VG. However it was exported and therefore the LVs were not available. Shouldn't exported VG even not show up in the YaST?

Volume groups are exported even if they do not contain any logical volume.

The tools partitioner and boot loader manager working now.

Under 42.2 it is working, so it is a regression in 42.3
