I'll attach the theme, so as to avoid future such problems. I'm getting the option to apply the theme after install in 10.2 final. I'm installing through gnome-theme-manager, though. I don't see the "Config Desktop / Personal settings / Appearances and Themes / Icons" hierarchy at all.
