We are tracking technical defects in bugzilla, not support tickets. Something happening on your machine is not really a bug, as this tells the developers nothing. Multiple of your previous reports have been closed or rejected as they related to third party websites, third party repositories, random third party package on your machine, or things that simply happen. While we realize that something might be impacting you, this is not the best way to report bugs. Can you please work with community support to get a reliable and independent reproducer, a meaningful error message or something relevant written up, prior to moving this to Bugzilla? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

This is not the complaints counter where you can just escalate just because you don't like the first answer. What we need from you is reliable steps to reproduce this issue on another machine. It does not matter what you noticed or what is happening between your different users. We need to get from your particular problem to something that is reproducible and affects Tumbleweed, What would be relevant is "if I change this specific setting or use this configuration file, that happens" I am setting the needinfo flag, you must provide this information. Only clear it when you have provided reliable reproduction steps. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
