[Bug 464037] New: fetchmail init script generates spurious message when restarted
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=464037 Summary: fetchmail init script generates spurious message when restarted Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: ken@turnkey.com.au QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Community User When the command /etc/init.d/fetchmail restart is run, the spurious message "Invalid polling interval specified: '', using default: 600" is output. The reason is at line 158, the script is called recursively with start "$2" but this causes $# to be -ge 2 in the test. The fix is simply to remove the quotes around "$2". Line 147 should also be fixed in the same way. The bug is harmless, it just prints a puzzling message. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
