I have the same problem on T420.
After removing these lines in /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-output-headphones.conf, the headphones work again. [Jack Dock Headphone] required-any = any
Yes, this cannot be fixed with PA 5.0. I tried to fix, and this resulted in more regressions, unfortunately. Upgrade to PA 6.0 or 7.0 should work better for Thinkpads. The packages are available on OBS multimedia:libs repo. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
