Update button in the task bar does not appear. Screenshot of the error message in the next part of this bug report. Later when network connection comes up, ZMD refreshes the services. The error in the screenshot is different and due to some basic programming mistake. This issue has been fixed in SLE10 SP1 (JFYI Zenowrks is no more part of OpenSuSE) So marking this as resolved.
