Cannot get DVD, using KDE CD (same as the RC2 install) CD offers no install option - must live boot and choose the "Install" icon. Installation this way does not offer to "upgrade" existing RC2 install. Only option is to completely repartition and re-install. I see nothing about this in "Annoying Bugs".
