In that case it is to be expected since now you have more packages than before and you really want to have the debug packages. But I just noticed that while they were published correctly, "osc ls -b -a x86_64 -r openSUSE_11.3 home:RedDwarf ciso" didn't show them. So I did a rebuild and it still failed. But after that "osc ls -b -a x86_64 -r openSUSE_11.3 home:RedDwarf ciso" showed the debug packages. In a second rebuild build-compare did its work. So I suppose it was a glitch in the OBS that made it not copy the debug packages in the place needed by build-compare.
