From the aspect of package manager, the behavior is correct: gwenhywfar2 and gwenhywfar2-devel has "Conflicts: gwenhywfar2 >= 3.0.0". It means, that if you haveto decide: If you want any gwenhywfar2 application (e. g. gnucash), you have to un-install gwenhywfar3 and all applications that used it (e. g. aqbanking4).
There is a conflicting file /usr/bin/gct-tool and several devel files. But maybe it is possible to create more smart package splitting, that will still allow to use both at once.
