https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=831584 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=831584#c0 Summary: "cnf chromium" can not find Chromium package . Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.3 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 12.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bkbin005@rinku.zaq.ne.jp QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created an attachment (id=549707) --> (http://bugzilla.novell.com/attachment.cgi?id=549707) strace output file User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/28.0.1500.72 Safari/537.36 I am using openSUSE 12.3 x86_64 and I am testing openSUSE 13.1 Milestone 2 x86_64 on VirtualBox 4.2.16 r86992 in Windows 7 SP1 64 bit . Host information: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86335040/DxDiag17.txt In both 12.3 and 13.1 Milestone 3, by default, I inputed "cnf chromium" to konsole, but the cnf said " chromium: command not found " . Then I installed chromium .
sudo zypper install chromium Installation was successful .
But the cnf said " chromium: command not found " too . Incidentally, I inputed "cnf cnf", then the cnf said " Program 'cnf' is present in package 'command-not-found', which is installed on your system. Absolute path to 'cnf' is '/usr/bin/cnf'. Please check your $PATH variable to see whether it contains the mentioned path. " . Why the cnf can not find chromium ? I attached a strace output file . Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. >LANG=C strace -o cnf.strace.txt cnf chromium Actual Results: The cnf said " chromium: command not found " . Expected Results: Chromium should find the chromium package .
