I just configured an FTP server for the first time. I went through the forms in order, so I changed the anonymous FTP path before getting to the form with allowing anonymous to upload. I selected this check-box, and was asked if I'd like to create an upload directory within the OLD path that was in the earlier form, rather than the text I had just entered. My change had not been applied in this dialogue box. I said No, committed the changes and restarted the FTP config tool. Next time, I was offered the correct path to create an upload directory, so I said Yes. I noted that this directory was only created upon committing to save the changes, so perhaps it still would have used the new path when actually creating this directory. Nevertheless, it's a bug and it is a bit confusing for the user.
