If that line is missing that would explain your issue. I also downloaded the 10.3 mozilla-xulrunner190 package and it contains that line. It still looks like you've had the 32bit version of Firefox installed. The error message you quoted supposes that either the version 1.9.0.1 wasn't found in /etc/gre.d or the abi wasn't compatible.
