This does not look like a KDE dialog. Are you sure you get this error dialog when using dolphin?

It's a gnome screen. But as the bug report said ssh is working from the konsole or terminal (kde/gnome) Also ssh -X is fine from the konsole or terminal. fish:// is also working in konq or dolphin. So this are probably two bugs: 1.) sftp not working in dolphin -> this is already tracked in bug 604038 2.) ssh not working in Gnome (I assume Nautilus) So I would suggest this bug is used for 2.) If you use just sftp://192.168.0.2/home and then enter username and password in the upcoming dialog: does this work for you?

Also: please attach an ~/.xsession-errors, saved after you tried accessing your server.
