It was not integrated in openSUSE 13.2 as that this is not supported upstream. The git repo for the package already clearly identifies that this is a testing/scratch repository. Therefore there will be NO OFFICIAL packages for pam_wallet to support single sign on for KDE 4 in openSUSE 13.2.
