GTK+ windows are requiring two double-clicks in GNOME 2.28 to switch from max to reduced size, and QT windows are requiring many double clicks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a GNOME app 2. Double-click the title bar to maximize the window 3. Double-click again and window is not reduced 4.
