I suggest that all help files be packaged as PDFs, with bookmarks for major
chapters and sub-sections. Okular is excellent at searching for text within PDF
documents. I imagine that a PDF document would be easier to maintain than the
present KDE Help Center system. These PDFs already exist, so no extra work is
required to dump the current inefficient system. The whole rigmarole of loading
the present files would then be avoided.
