http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190883 Bug ID: 1190883 Summary: sched_autogroup_enabled is gone Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel Assignee: kernel-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: andreas_nordal_4@hotmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0 Build Identifier:
cat /proc/sys/kernel/sched_autogroup_enabled cat: /proc/sys/kernel/sched_autogroup_enabled: No such file or directory
I need to disable cgroup autogrouping, but the knob for doing it is gone! Reason for needing to disable it: I run Boinc (which eats CPU), so it is important for me that systemd nice levels actually work! (no, CPUSchedulingPolicy=idle doesn't help.) Reproducible: Always
