At least one line is always suppressed between pages. No matter how the page is formatted, the line(s) is(are) not printed. Printing to pdf file a just a little better, but lines are cut off there also (e.g. top of text line on one page, bottom on next) or missing. This problem has been evident for several years, i.e. with older versions of Evolution.
