An autoyast set-up which has worked, with minor changes, for many version of
OpenSuSE, including 11.3, now fails. Although some form of OS gets installed,
the post-init script is not run, the configuration of which services to run is
ignored, NIS is not started, etc.
The problem seems to be related to the much reported insserv problems. One
interesting part of /var/log/YaST2/y2log reads:

A similar section occurs around an attempt to enable NIS.
Of course, if I were really smart, I might be able to wedge the updated insserv
package into the Autoyast system to see if this fixes things. It seems I am
not. Anyway, it would be much better if this worked "out of the box".
So, as far as I can tell, any non-trivial use of Autoyast currently fails,
which rules out bulk deployments for me.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. An autoyast configuration using <init-scripts> (or <services> or
