http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1201824 Bug ID: 1201824 Summary: Bluetooth headset keeps popping and crackling, it stops when i use line out Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Sound Assignee: tiwai@suse.com Reporter: jeroenmathonmac@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Long story short, after rebooting i noticed a crack/popping sound and the audio straight up cuts out from time to time, its very subtle but subtle enough that its consistent. This is a very odd issue that i have never had before, i'm curious if anyone else is suffering from the same issue after the recent snapshot, For now im using line out on instead of bluetooth since that seems to fix it(Makes sense since its analogue) Hardware: Bluetooth Receiver: Bus 003 Device 002: ID 046d:c52b Logitech, Inc. Not sure what's happening. Just to be sure, could you try the latest PA 16.1?
The issue seems to have resolved, its very rare in its occurrence, But multiple people seem to have the same issue, first report arrived 18 days ago on the forums. Some people on reddit also seem to have this problem, i think it has something to do with pulseaudio-bluetooth, since a simple reconnect does not seem to solve it while restarting the bluetooth service does. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
