https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=232432 Summary: SaX2 cannot parse port ranges under masquerading Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: SaX2 AssignedTo: ms@novell.com ReportedBy: rob.kruit@newdata.stx.nl QAContact: qa@suse.de When I open Yast2 and go to Security-Firewall-Masquerading and add a port forwarding rule where a port range is required instead of a single port yast comes with the folowing error: Wrong port definition I enter the ports like I would under the allowed services tab for example if I like to open ports 1000 to 2000 I would enter 1000:2000 as ports however under the masquarading tab this is not working. The fun thing is that when I edit /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 and add the port range forwading rule manually with the above syntax. I'm note sure if this is a bug or a software limitation but it's quite annoying if you have to enter a large amount of port ranges. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
