Unfortunately the project's website says about version 2.15.40: "It is strongly recommended that normal users do not use this release, and instead use the stable 2.14 version. Please note that due to a few Critical bugs, this is not the next release candidate." Despite of that the newer versions also don't seem to be good enough for a release: "We have discovered a regression since 2.14.2, so lilypond 2.15.41 is no longer a candidate for the 2.16.0 release." Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to get a working lilypond on your openSUSE system (like for 11.3) Actual Results: No stable/supported package offered. Expected Results: Discontinuing packages for no apparent reasons should not happen.
