[Bug 1230002] New: systemd-boot and sdbootil missing from the DVD ISO
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1230002 Bug ID: 1230002 Summary: systemd-boot and sdbootil missing from the DVD ISO Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: salvatore.cresce@gmail.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Target Milestone: --- Found By: --- Blocker: --- Good day, I've downloaded the latest DVD ISO (snapshot 29th August) and it is missing the packages mentioned in the Summary section. What I tried to do: - boot the DVD from the USB - install Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma - change from GRUB to systemd-boot Usually at this point I can simply proceed with the installation, offline. This time instead, the installer tells me that those two packages are missing and cannot proceed with the installation. If I try to select them from YaST (where patterns section is, before the beginning of the installation), no packages are found. I think this can be resolved by adding a repository and/or connecting to the internet for now. I've been suggested to file this report. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
