[Bug 1033077] New: ImageMagick ABI v6 can not be targeted anymore due to missing package config and headers
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1033077 Bug ID: 1033077 Summary: ImageMagick ABI v6 can not be targeted anymore due to missing package config and headers Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Development Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: Stromeko@NexGo.DE QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Due to the update of ImageMagick to version 7 the configury of emacs-25.2 does not recognize the presence of the library anymore -- it searches for a module "Wand" and only "MagickWand" is provided. Additionally, the new headers have a different V7 ABI. While compatibility libraries for the V6 ABI are provided, I cannot find any compatibility devel package that would allow the compilation of applications that still use the older ABI? Please provide a package config for "Wand" so that the older ABI can be targeted for the transistion period. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
