No f-spot probably means the GNOME-IMAGE pattern is not pulled in by default (see also bug 208683), so that pattern should be included by default. Banshee isn't shipped on the OSS only media because of the helix branding, we are considering a separate package for that (bug also filed). Evolution is missing the evolution.desktop file, it only has evolution-2.8.desktop, I filed bug 209003. The print screen issue is currently by design (keyboard grab) and covered in a couple of other bugs.
