I've not had to do an SP4 update since previous comment.
Is this still something you need for SP4. Else I am likely going to close.
For me personally, it's not blocking. I've been running an KernelStableBP kernel (currently 6.8.4) for other reasons so I no longer run into this issue. And even if I did, there's an xfail in the testsuite. But I think the decision on whether this should be backported should be based on: - how difficult this is to backport, and - how much benefit is gained from it by suse / opensuse users of big.little intel hardware.
