Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. ipsec pki --gen > test.der 2a. ipsec pki --self --in test.der --dn "C=DE, O=test.org, CN=test.org Root CA" --ca > testcert.der 2b. ipsec pki --pub --in test.der | ipsec pki --issue --cacert cacert.der --cakey cakey.der --dn "C=DE, O=test.org, CN=test.org peer" > peercert.der Please note that 2a and 2b are alternative paths. Actual Results: ipsec outputs "FIPS mode not enabled" and throws a segmentqation fault.
