Thank you! Trying the xen-kernel unfortunately I got an "error 15" immediatedly after start, but I'm not the Xen freak with experience how to set up such Virtualization machines. I can't get dmesg. It has probably nothing to do with this network bug here, which indeed seems to be solved. Any way the original issue was fixed, and if you wanna resolve the xen's issue, separate another one and set the Component to Xen. And now the 11.4 already in RC1(Release Candidate), after RC2, we'll release the 11.4.
