Table within a frame is not saved correctly. Also clipart are moved totally out of position in a text box . Example: clipart 1 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx clipart 2 becomes clipart 1 clipart2 xxxxxxxxxxxx (x's are text). If you cannot pass the entire document, just cut the problematic part to a new document, change the text to some random letters, export it to .doc to see that it still has the problems, and attach the source .odt here. I change the extension to doc before saving by selecting file type by selecting MS word 97/2000/XP. Note the icons in the header have moved. I have tried all anchor options. Same results.
