I am not seeing the icons that your screenshot shows. As far as I know, I am seeing the correct ones for KDE. I have noticed, in the past, that sometimes my KDE menus seem to have been changed to menus from XFCE and/or Gnome. This happens only after using XFCE (or maybe Gnome) for a while, and reverting to KDE. This is infrequent. But then my use of XFCE is infrequent. When that happens, I logout from the desktop, and use CTRL-ALT-F1 to get to a terminal screen. There, I do: rm -rf /var/tmp/kdecache-$USER Then, when I login to KDE again, the proper menus are there. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=923929 --- Comment #2 from David Medina <medipas@gmail.com> --- I have tried what you said: before login to any desktop, got to a terminal screen and executed the command as root. No errors. Rebooted and everything is still the same. I use KDE the 99 % of times and only occasionally I go to GNOME or XFCE for certain tasks. The fact is that theese icons apeared after an uptade, even before rebooting. Well, it's a cosmetic thing... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

If this is still a problem with recent release, make a new report. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
