Google/Wikipedia told me that it is the "shift" key, but in fact it is the (wrong?) translation of "caps lock" here. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umschalttaste I would translate "shift key" as "Umschalttaste", and "caps lock" as "Feststelltaste".
