I spoke to JP about putting in this bug so that we could make sure the same fix made it into openSUSE. The fix would probably require a port of gvfs. Symptoms: When copying from one volume to another on the same server the following error appears: Error: "Not on the same file system" while moving "/home/jmeldrum....ew file (copy). I explained that this fix never went out for SLED 10 SP2. I mentioned that we would need the same fix for openSUSE 11.0 and you mentioned that it would require a port for gvfs. I do not have anyone that programs on gvfs or gnome-vfs. I put this bug in simply because you mentioned that in order for us to get the fix in 198625, it would require a port of gvfs. I don't have anyone on my team qualified to do that as this would be somthing needed from the desktop team.
