There is no "32 bit network install source".
This statement I made means that when you are on step 2 of 5 in the virt-manager installation wizard you type in the box labeled 'URL:' the 32 bit installation repo that you want to use as a source. Virt-manager should then know how to install that architecture without you having to select an extra architecture option.
