Using YaST I gave it an "Initial Memory: 512" and "Maximum Memory: 1024". My machine shows (in dom0): free -m total used free shared buffers cached Mem: 3422 1436 1985 0 49 567 -/+ buffers/cache: 819 2602 Swap: 4095 0 4095 The error I get is: Error Failed to start the VM.
