My package has an additional self-made kind of debug package which I gave the very same RPM group in the spec file for consistency reasons. Now rpmlint is complaining about usage of that group as it's not specified as a openSUSE recognized group (as documented in http://en.opensuse.org/Packaging/SUSE_Package_Conventions/RPM_Groups#2.6._Sy...). I'd say one of rpmlint, documentation or rpm is wrong.
