http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=611992 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=611992#c0 Summary: soprano crashes on multiple simultaneous queries Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Final Platform: All OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Applications AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: stefan.burnicki@gmx.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; de; rv:1.9.1.9) Gecko/20100317 SUSE/3.5.9-0.1.1 Firefox/3.5.9 When multiple nepomuk queries are launched with the version 2.4.2 of soprano, the application crashes. This makes e.g. the application bangarang pretty unusable. I tried it with a current development snapshot and the packaged version 1.0.1 The issue is fixed in soprano 2.4.3. The concrete problem is fixed in the following submit: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=revision&revision=1117465 The problem was also spotted and fixed in kubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/soprano/+bug/576660 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open bangarang 2. Scroll quickly through items in the "Media List" side-pane Actual Results: Bangarang crashes if you did it too fast and/or the requests are long enough. Expected Results: It should show the latest result. Small changes are needed to fix that bug. It shouldn't have any impacts on general functionality. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
