After applying libzypp, rug etc. patches I can install all needed updates. So far so good. But, there is update for kernel available, updater, of course, says that updating kernel during installation may break hardware detection etc. so I press "cancel" and kernel is now marked as "won't install". I assume that the user has deselected the kernel patch but there a kernel patch has been still selected in the backround ( the older one ) which has been not shown in the UI. I have fixed the package bindings ( zmd will be fixed ). So this error should not happen anymore. The general question is here, if/how we have to show patches which the same name and different versions. Currently the user has no possibility to select a special version of a patch.
