This is seen on nautilus -> preferences -> list-columns. If you highlight one of the ticked items here the ticks become white in colour, but for ticked items which are not highlighted, ticks are black in colour, and on the dark-green check boxes they look odd and not so clear. This problem is seen in many other places like brasero -> add plugins and others.
