There seems to be a problem with the xen version. $ rpm -Uvh iscsitarget-kmp-xen-0.4.15_2.6.22.5_31-84.1.i586.rpm error: Failed dependencies: kernel(vmlinux) = 7f727b22b7853a91 is needed by iscsitarget-kmp-xen-0.4.15_2.6.22.5_31-84.1.i586 I got the package somehow installed on my test machine, when i compiled it with your src.rpm.
