Do you see this on 32bit machine as well? I tried the scenario in my local environment sled 11 -sp1 i586, and it looks working fine (Screen short attached). Would you also help attaching your testing latex script which failed to work here? Hi Petr, It's more like a ooolatex extension problem ... ... may be it is interesting for you :_) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Where did you get the OOo Latex extension? (to be sure that we use the same version and build) 2. Does it happen with any formula? Could you please provide an example, just to be sure? 3. Could you please provide strace log? The cause is (I have seen in fedora news groups and the fedora folks have the latex2emf program) there is no latex2emf for opensuse 11.3. Opensuse has libraries libEMF and libEMF-devel but this does not help. It's good to have a working tex/latex environment on opensuse 11.3! It seems that latex2emf binary is really missing. strace shows that it tries to find it in /root/.ooo3/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/LS18HC_/OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-windows.oxt/bin/Linuxi386/latex2emf If it fails, it tries to find it in /usr/bin. Heh, OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-windows.oxt is suspicious. Please, try to use OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooolatex/files/. The linux version includes the bin/Linuxi386/latex2emf binary and should work even on SUSE. It might work on RedHat because it uses the system binary. OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt should work even on SUSE. I am going to close the bug as invalid because you used wrong build of the extension. Feel free to reopen it if the linux build does not help. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

That is nonsense. I have worked suse linux since the first version and I don't have installed any windows program into suse, it cannot run. I have installed an two computers OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt from the http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooolatex/files/. On root there is a directory /root/.ooo3/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/IngC3M_/ OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-1.c-linux.oxt As you can see, there is no OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-windows.oxt. I have deleted the /root/.ooo3/ directory unload OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt and downloaded from internet OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt again. Same problem as before!!!!!!!!!!!! -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
