[Bug 779633] New: Poedit silently terminates on removing of translations
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=779633 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=779633#c0 Summary: Poedit silently terminates on removing of translations Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 12.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: andrea.turrini@gmail.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Using poedit as shipped in openSUSE 12.2, every time you select a translation and remove it by pressing Canc or Backspace, poedit terminates silently without (asking for) saving the current file. The bug has been already addressed and solved upstream (see http://www.poedit.net/trac/ticket/428) and the problem does not occur when using poedit-1.5.2-1.1 as available from OBS M17N repository. So poedit >= 1.5 should be pushed as official update for fixing the bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a .po file 2. Select a translation (the whole translation, not a part) 3. Press Canc or Backspace to clean the translation field Actual Results: poedit terminates without asking for saving the file. No output when run from command line; no backtrace when run from gdb. Expected Results: Translation is cleaned and poedit remains open. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
