Nempomuk is the easy part, go to "Personal Settings ..."/"Advanced"/"Desktop Search" and disable it. Do the same in "Personal Settings .."/"Advanced"/"Service Manager". For Akonadi, issue the following command on prompt: "kwriteconfig --file kres-migratorrc --group Migration --key Enabled --type bool false" Worked well for me, no akonadi or nepomuk distractions/errors so far.
