When done, I run "sxa2 -r", resulting in the appended error log. This problem did not appear before Christmas (older driver?), but I was not able to find out why. Data of my System: - Screen Resolution: 1400x1050 - OpenSuse 11.1. 64 bit As it is now, I must work with a rather bad resolution, since the high resolution can only be set by the proper driver. - Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install driver via http://en.opensuse.org/NVIDIA, 1-klick install for "all new..." 2. Not one point of the answer given corresponds to facts - and the you close the bug repport without attending an answer. These are the facts: - It happened after an installation via the "1 Click" feature inside the SuseSite, which notably should select the proper procedings authomatically, after installing the proper repository. - The driver installed by the authomatised procedure is the G02, which is the proper package - The log file, from which you say, that it doesn't make sense, is the message Sax2 outputs after entering the command Sax2 -r. It makes sense, because SaX2 reverts to another driver, after attempting to install the G02, and probably choses the wrong driver. This would explain why it does not work. Please do a better work, in analysing bug reports an next time, before deciding, that it does not make sense. If the driver package is not installed nv driver is used instead.
