I did not, but carnold@suse.com is so awesome that he did that already! You should be able to add this repository, and install/update Xen and related packages from there: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization:/openSUSE15.1/open... Once done, reboot, making sure to use Credit2 as scheduler (either using `sched=credit2` or just getting rid of any `sched=xxx`, from the Xen command line in GRUB). The Xen version packaged there contains the patches. As far as my own testing goes, they are fine, but we would *absolutely* love to have more testing coverage. Thanks a lot again.
