Since OpenSuSE still provides that lib other programms may suffer also from random crashes caused be ZL pakets. Later versions for released openSUSE versions are available in the hardware repository. openSUSE 10.2 is not maintainer any more. There are known minor regressions in libusb-compat layer (for example bug 559697).
