This looks very strange.
Is 4.3 also on host or only in guest?
My guess is Guest only; I doubt the workers have been updated; Adrian? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Can you tell if this is tied to a particular type of hardware, or at least AMD vs Intel? By now, can you tell if it definitely is tied to the 4.3 kernel update?
Dominique, can you please provide Bruce a reproducer for this problem? For example a guest image that will trigger the problem after some time when booted in KVM? With that Bruce might be able to bisect the issue between 4.2 and 4.3. Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Dominique,
can you please provide Bruce a reproducer for this problem? For example a guest image that will trigger the problem after some time when booted in KVM? With that Bruce might be able to bisect the issue between 4.2 and 4.3.
Thanks!
The easiest to get such a VM is to: osc co openSUSE:Factory java-1_7_0-openjdk cd openSUSE:Factory/java-1_7_0-openjdk osc build --vm-type=kvm it will build up a VM and start the build - with this package I can reproduce it about 1 in 4 cases here -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

I cannot reproduce. So let's rule out vdso and its mapping. Could you boot kvm machines with vdso=0? There will be a small penalty, but it may workaround the problem.
@Adrian - I understood this question to be directed at you (Jiri set NEEDINFO on you when postign the question) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
