[Bug 568229] New: Task Scheduler not displaying schedules but has them saved and runs them automatically
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=568229 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=568229#c0 Summary: Task Scheduler not displaying schedules but has them saved and runs them automatically Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Applications AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: frankebay99@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 SUSE/3.5.6-1.1.1 Firefox/3.5.6 In PERSONAL SETTINGS, ADVANCED tab, TASK SCHEDULER tool, I have created 8 different schedules for different scripts. I have selected when each of them should run. After saving, if I click on the task to modify its schedule it will open up its window with the details. But none of the days, options, times are selected. It's like I have selected nothing. Except that when the time at which the job should run comes up, it does run! So the schedule details are saved in cron, but they are not displayed on screen when you click on the task to modify its schedule. See PNG "Task1.png" of how it looks after I saved a schedule and I want to modify it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create jobs in Task Scheduler and save a moment at which it should run 2. Click on the task to modify its schedule ; it will be blank. 3. Actual Results: The Modify Task schedule window is blank (no date, no time). Expected Results: The Modify Task schedule window should display the date and time at which the job is running. This is a cosmetic problem, but in another way it could be problematic for those who don't remember the schedule and want to tweak it just a little bit! So for that reason I selected NORMAL priority. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
