I cannot move the panel to top at all.I tried to create another panel on top and place menu launcher on the right of top panel,I just could not. When I had menu-launcher on the right of panel,I thought why not have the sys-tray on the left.But when I move,it and the timer widgets behave so strangely in move and they sit all over the place when I come back after a shutdown,that I had to delete the user account and create a new one to start with a new default panel.
