[Bug 934214] New: libgio requires dbus-1-x11
http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=934214 Bug ID: 934214 Summary: libgio requires dbus-1-x11 Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Factory Version: 201505* Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: lnussel@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- the fix for bug 678518 introduced a dependency between libgio and dbus-1-x11. Unfortunately libgio is needed by libsecret which is needed by gpg which is needed by libzypp. Therefore even most minimal installs draw in X. Would it be possible to make libgio gracefully fail if dbus-launch is not there and make the dependency optional? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Another high tech solution that came to my mind would be using a filter object for libX11. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
