[Bug 1172530] New: Unable to log in via ssh: Permission denied (publickey)
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1172530 Bug ID: 1172530 Summary: Unable to log in via ssh: Permission denied (publickey) Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network Assignee: screening-team-bugs@suse.de Reporter: badshah400@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 838511 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=838511&action=edit Output from ssh -v After updating my desktop to TW 20200602, I can no longer log in to it remotely using ssh. I had disabled password logins, only allowing logins via publickey. This was not a problem until I ssh-ed into the (server) system and updated it to TW 20200602. Immediately after rebooting, I am no longer allowed to log in, with the message: "Permission denied (publickey)." Debug messages from "ssh -v" attached. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the server itself physically anytime soon, so this is quite a setback. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
